Return Process

Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and details regarding the items you wish to return or exchange.

Ensure that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
